Rare What A Market Posted September 13, 2008 #1 Share Posted September 13, 2008 When docked overnight in port is there a cut-off time for returning to the ship? The 9/13/09 cruise has two overnights -- Rome and Sorrento. In both places I'd like to stay in town until late into the evening. Thanks in advance for the input. cruiseyguy Posted September 13, 2008 #2 Share Posted September 13, 2008 You can stay out all night if you wish. Just be back before the ship sails.

travelbosslady Posted September 14, 2008 #4 Share Posted September 14, 2008 Dear Whatamarket: Yes, someone is always on the gangplank to let you come back on the ship 24hours a day until sailing.
SkiCruiser44 Posted September 14, 2008 #5 Share Posted September 14, 2008 What if it's a tender port like Sorrento?
cruiseyguy Posted September 14, 2008 #6 Share Posted September 14, 2008 They will generally run tenders all night (depends on sea conditions) but spacing will be greatly increased late in the evening.
