Most probably at San Pedro. Wouldn't it be great if she docked in Long Beach next to the original Queen Mary?????

I visited the Queen Mary in Long Beach just two weeks ago, with just the above question on my mind: it does not look like the "cruise ship pier" behind the Queen Mary is in use.

 

So I am planning on San Pedro also.

San Pedro Pier number 92. Long Beach is only generally used on the weekend by Carnival, but it is used.

The QM2 has been using the San Pedro docks. The Long Beach dock is being used by Carnival and Holland America ships. Princess is still using San Pedro.

Just a few days ago I saw on the same day - a Thursday, I believe - A HAL ship in Long Beach and Princess ship at San Pedro.

I don't think the QM2 could dock behind Mary. She had to stay quite a ways out when she visited Mary a few years ago. She's a rather large girl ya know :p But how cool it would be if the two Marys could be that close, what a photo op :rolleyes:
