Independence 8 night meals

We've always done 7 night cruises, have Indy booked for 8 nights this winter.

 

Any ideas what nights will be formal? We want to attend both, and would like to figure out what nights to schedule Chops and Portafinos.

Well since it will be one of Indy's first 8 nighters leaving from here in the US...we won't have the benefit of looking at past menu's.

 

I don't know if looking at another ship with a similiar itinerary will help you. :confused:

First thing we did when boarded was head for Chops and asked when were the Formal nights so we could schedule Chops and Portofino's accordingly. No problems at all doing the reservation at that time.

Enjoy her!! She's terrific.

The 8 nighters start in December. I'm on one Dec. 13.

Well - I am booked on an 8 nighter NEXT December! Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Hoo I hazard to guess that the formal nights will be Nights 3 & 6 (if your itinerary is the same as mine with an early departure from San Juan) - but that is just a guess. :) Maybe night 2.... instead of 3. ???

The 8 nighters start in December. I'm on one Dec. 13.

 

My mum, nan and sister are also on that cruise.

 

She has also asked me to keep an eye out regarding menus as I know she wants to book Portofino's and Chops before she goes, but as no idea what nights to go for (she doesn't want to go formal nights).

 

I have suggested that the formal nights will probably be sea days.
