How long is the jogging track on Independence?

Anyone know the length of the jogging track on Independence?

I'm training for timed miles so it would be useful to know.

There's always so many obstacles on the jogging track, you're not actually going to be able to "time" yourself in a realistic manner. You may have some luck if you run VERY early in the morning, but folks stroll along the track, lounge chairs tend to find their way into your path... Good luck!

I realise during the day it probably won't be possible so my plan is to take a run early morning.
