Grtcdnwolf Posted October 13, 2008 #1 Share Posted October 13, 2008 Anybody know whether Carnival is going to rebate the extra fuel surcharges now that oil prices have dropped so dramatically?

firefly333 Posted October 13, 2008 #3 Share Posted October 13, 2008 There are tons of threads if you want to read the release word for word. Basically oil has to stay below $70 a barrel for 25 days, ending the friday before your cruise and you can request OBC. any bookings after oct 31st, for 2010 they will no longer add the fuel surcharge, but said they plan on raising rates (good luck).
