November weather patterns?

I am scheduled to be in Georgetown on 11/11 and just out of curiosity went to weather dot com today and saw 10 solid days of rain and thunder storms in the forcast.... Can anyone tell me what weather is like in early November? If it rains, is it usually an all day affair? I appreciate any info you can share.

I'd like to know about this as well. We will be there November 3rd and I'm hoping it doesn't rain the whole time!
