WorldPoint Mastercard?

Got a letter yesterday from Bank of America, stating that as of 1/1/09, our NCL Mastercard will go from our cruise point card to a WorldPoint Mastercard. Anyone have any experience with the benefits of this card? It talks about non-expiring points, and trading for lots of other travel benefits.

I tried to do a search, but it's down now.

Thanks!
