Depending on when you are going, the Lord Sheffield sailing excursion is alot of fun. The sailing ship has had some recent damage, but I expect if your cruise isn't for awhile, it should be repaired by then.

Otherwise, there are several other catamaran or sailing type excursions that are fun.

We did Golden Eagle Catamarran with niece and nephew ages 6/7. It was their first Cat. experience, and we all had a blast. Crew was great with them - they had also never snorkled before. Crew went out of their way to make sure they were comfortable and safe. There are swim noodles on board to help float them, besides the vests. You also spend time on a beach at a deserted island. There were some trails for the kids to explore - they dug and searched for (and found) some nice shells. They were so exhausted, they slept the whole way back on the Cat.! It was a great day - they will be doing it again when we sail in Dec.
