Crunchy Mountain Mama Posted November 4, 2004 #1 Share Posted November 4, 2004 Hi! We are booked for our first cruise next April. The final day of the cruise falls on my birthday. Just wondering if Disney does anything for birthdays?
Ella2 Posted November 5, 2004 #2 Share Posted November 5, 2004 If you let them know (or your TA, if you used one) and have it noted on your reservation, the wait staff will bring a SMALL cake (not enough for everyone) and will sing "Happy Birsday" (typo intended!) ;) to you at dinner that night. Even if you forget to have it added to your reservation you can talk to the dining room manager and have the cake brought to your table. Actually, it's a good thing to remind them even if it IS noted on your reservation, just to be sure. Enjoy your cruise. :)
pvangordon Posted November 5, 2004 #3 Share Posted November 5, 2004 Yes, you might want to remind them the night before. I had called ahead for an anniversary cake and they didn't remember it til the day after.

Julia’s Journey’s Posted November 10, 2004 #5 Share Posted November 10, 2004 We were on for DH birthday, I told our waitress the night before and she ordered a cake. You can order decorations for the cabin as well.
Host Mick Posted November 10, 2004 #6 Share Posted November 10, 2004 Even if it's not anyone's birthday, it's a great way to embarrass someone. This works with all restaurants everywhere BTW.;) My wife has several birthdays per year. She's even told waiters that it's NOT her birthday and they bring her a cake anyway without me saying a word.
