It would seem that breakfast at Cagney's is for AD and above and an occasional VIP chosen by the cruise line. However on the Dawn, Balcony passangers are welcome to Aqua for breakfast. It is not a latitudes perk, it is a price of room perk.

AE gets the Cagney's perk....at least we did last year on the Star.

The perks have always sounded so good for the suites' date=' guess one day we'll just have to break down and give them a try. I'm just afraid once we do that, we'll never be satisfied with staying back in the mini-suites again. :eek:[/quote']

 

YUP! Our first cruise with NCL was in an AE suite last year on the Star to Alaska...we're hooked!! The suite perks on NCL are awesome! We are doing it again in June...:D
