Can you get a OBC during embarkation even if you went through a TA?

I know that the prices of the cruise can go down up until the time you check in to get on board. Will you get a OBC on that day and can you get it even if you go through a TA? Thanks so much

By the time you board they've turned-in their manifest and generally have stopped sales. I'd call my TA the day/nite before and maybe that morning before boarding. You won't be able to arrange this with the ship's people on embarkation. ken

Id say the day you are boarding is too late. Usually the cruise has been pulled from the Carnival site by then, so you can't see if the price changed.
