Ez parking in Galveston

Iv parked at EZCruise quite often and its a good safe place and their shuttles are usually very prompt. Once we waited close to 15 minutes and folks were having hissy fits. Might not even have been that long, but most are expecting no delays.

EZCruise is back open after Ike. Those of us (me included) who parked there either finally got our cars towed (after an extra week a per day fee started to kick in) or our insurance companys got them out.

We used EZ parking out of Galveston just once! The next time we used Lighthouseparking.com

Much better buses and service. We were very pleased.

Bon Voyage

Did you drop your luggage off at the terminal first, or will they assist you w/ your luggage too? This will be our first time to use public parking, as we've always left our car at the hotel. Thanks!

Yes, they take you AND your luggage to the port and drop you off somewhere in the vicinity of the porter. We had someone on a wheeled walker who was upset to have to walk from there to the front door which really isnt that far to me. You will be dropped off by the porter area, and then have to walk thru to where you go thru the xray machine to board the ship.

EZ takes you right to the ship, we have had no problems. Ww tend to get to the terminal early but the shuttle is there is usually full.

EZ Cruise Parking is only about two blocks from the cruise terminal.

I speed up the whole process by dropping everyone off at the cruise terminal and then I park the car. If an EZ Cruise shuttle bus isn't immediately available and ready to go back, I just walk back to the cruise terminal.

At the end of the cruise, I leave everyone at the Cruise Terminal with the luggage and I walk to EZ Cruise to pick up the car.

The problem with the shuttle bus is that it waits until it is full of people and luggage before it goes anywhere.
