flagger Posted November 16, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 16, 2008 Ms. Flagger have the honor of receiving an invitation tomorrow night to one of the specialty restaurants. We won't know until we board which one or at one time. I was wondering if anyone from Cruise Critic has dined at one? Which one? How was the food? ugen512 Posted November 16, 2008 #4 Share Posted November 16, 2008 I was not invited to a SR but the main dining room food was average so i would hope it is alot better. People that I spoke to said that it was very good.

Schplinky Posted November 17, 2008 #6 Share Posted November 17, 2008 We've been to Murano on Century and I think it's the same on Solstice. It's very good and the service was impeccable. The appetiser I chose was not to my liking; it was not their fault, I was trying something outside my comfort zone (fois gras) but they noticed Iw as not eating it and brought something to replace it very quickly. To my mind, the specialty rooms exemplify the best of what cruising has to offer in terms of service.
Rare Lois R Posted November 17, 2008 #7 Share Posted November 17, 2008 Hi, our sailing had folks in different restaurants on Saturday night. I ate in Tuscan Grill with 5 others and my meal was great:) I know others ate in Blu while still others ate in Silk Harvest and I met a couple while looking at cabins who were invited to Murano's. The Specialty Restaurants are all on deck 5 aft.
