NatashaKo Posted November 18, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 18, 2008 When I was booking our first cruise, I am sure, there where $150 on board credit. But now when I paid for cruise and get eDocs I could not find any information about my OBC. Is my ticket supposed to say: "OBC $$$$" or something like this? Where I can found thios information? And how can we use this credit? Can we pay for the excurtions booked through Norwegian with this money? Thanks.
cb at sea Posted November 18, 2008 #2 Share Posted November 18, 2008 I don't know how Norwegian works it, but other cruiselines generally don't show the OBC until you've boarded---it will appear as a credit on your account. You can use it for anything---it will simply be deducted from what you spend on the ship.
cruiserbryce Posted November 18, 2008 #3 Share Posted November 18, 2008 other than the booking we have for our upcoming cruise through a TA our confirmations have never really said...OBC$$$...they have just shown up on the on board account
