swtroy Posted November 20, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 20, 2008 Just received OBC for my teenagers inside cabin. Our balcony suite group was sold out, so no OBC for that cabin. I am trying to determine what our OBC (approximately $200) on the kids room can be used for. The standard tip ($10 pp/day)? I prefer to use it there, but can someone list all the stuff OBC can cover? With it being on the inside cabin, does that limit the use in any way? Thanks!

mom2tcdx2 Posted November 20, 2008 #5 Share Posted November 20, 2008 Basically anything that would go on your sign and sail account. Soda Cards, souvenirs, for my kids it was money to play in the arcade, shore excursions. When I had my kids last time in a different cabin since I used the same credit card for all of us the combined the totals from each ones account all together. So if my kids didn't use their entire credit it applied to my balance.

zqvol Posted November 20, 2008 #7 Share Posted November 20, 2008 Just as an aside and point of clarification. The OP's OBC is for a price reduction, whihc usually means that Carnival actually has that money in their possession. Those types of OBCs can be used for anything. As we have all heard, other OBCs may be limited in their use.
