Would love to have a go at photography while snorkeling, anyone recommend a camera to buy that won't cost as much as the cruise?

Hi ChrisDave, welcome to CruiseCritic! Questions about snorkeling and underwater cameras come up a lot over on the Scuba and Snorkeling boards. But since I'm here, you could try looking at the Olympus SW series. The SW stands for shockproof and waterproof. It's just a regular digital point and shoot camera but they are waterproof up to 10 feet or 33 feet depending on the model. Good luck!
