Walking to morningstar

Is there any reason we can't walk from Charlotte Amalie to Morningstar? It's only a couple miles, I believe.

The walk is along a hilly, winding, road with no sidewalks, so it's a treacherous walk for the distance. Not advisable.

I'll add to Ms411's comments that the road to Morningstar is also very steep in places.

 

Morningstar is only about a 5 -10 minute cab ride from Havensight. If that's where you want to head for the day, definitely take a cab. :D

Walking in the islands is for the birds.

And even they prefer to fly it. :)

 

God invented taxis for you to beat the heat you've never felt quite like this.

Life in the tropics is not like life in the mid-West..(or Vermont!)

Havensight to Morningstar is a little over 1.5 miles (one way), and from Charlotte Amalie maybe 3 miles (one way). As others have mentioned its not flat and there are no sidewalks from Havensight to Morningstar.
