glrydays Posted November 28, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 28, 2008 We are 4 in a stateroom - which is better 8678 - a 210 sq ft rear stateroom or 6348 - it is mid ship at the edge of the "hump" but only 177 sq ft - it is also $100 cheaper. So - better location, smaller, but cheaper or bigger, higher deck and $100 more expensive???
vickiw0318 Posted November 28, 2008 #2 Share Posted November 28, 2008 8678 - without a doubt. More space, bigger balcony. My daughter and I found our "E" cabin on the Liberty to be small even for two of us. We had an aft balcony for extra space which made it doable. glrydays Posted November 28, 2008 Author #3 Share Posted November 28, 2008 many thanks - we have stayed in a JS before - and have also tried two ajoining interior rooms - but 4 in a D1 is going to be tight - still I think I prefer one balcony room over two interiors
cb at sea Posted November 28, 2008 #4 Share Posted November 28, 2008 Take the deck 8 aft--the added balcony space will make up for lack of cabin space!
honeywell Posted November 28, 2008 #5 Share Posted November 28, 2008 I am also cruising with four in a cabin. Go for the larger cabin!!!!
