I'm on the 1/26 Inspiration sailing with 5 girlfriends. My cabinmate didn't want to do the pre-paid gratuities, which acording to Carnival must be done on a per cabin basis. My question is....when I get on board, can I have the gratuities just charged to my Sign&Sail card or will I have to pass out envelopes to everyone?

No worries, the grats. are automatically charged to your account. You need to do nothing. Alot of us do tip extra at end of cruise to those who give us great service. That is when we hand out envelopes!:D

Ant they will automatically put the gratuities on her account too. Grats are always the first thing listed on the Sail and Sign. If she wants to do cash, she will have to go to the purser's desk to have them removed.

Have a great cruise! I spent 9 days on her from Oct 30-Nov 8, and she has an absoultely fabulous crew. She's a smaller, "older" ship, but she's in great shape and like I said, the crew is fabulous.
