I'm new to the boards. This is the first time I have booked a guarantee balcony stateroom. I've booked through a TA and the sailing is 2/7/09. The trip has been paid in full. When will I know what cabin we are assigned. My TA is on vacation until the end of next week. Can I call RCCL directly to see if we have been assigned a cabin? Thank you.

first welcome to the boards, it can be assigned any time between now and sailing. You should be able to see it if you create an account on the RCCL website and put in your reservation number.

I've checked RCCL website and it's still listed on my reservation as a guarantee.

So it seems that they have not assigned a cabin as of yet.

Just keep checking I know it is nerve wracking, but hopefully it will be worthwhile with an upgrade

Since you booked through a TA, RCI won't talk to you! Just keep checking on the website, or wait for your TA to call you!
