davidkentholt Posted December 11, 2008 #1 Share Posted December 11, 2008 What's the difference between the different balcony rooms? It offers choices like D1, D2, E1, E2 and they say deluxe or superior, but we don't know one from another.
CroozeAddict Posted December 11, 2008 #2 Share Posted December 11, 2008 It's basically cabin size and location.
retnuh281 Posted December 11, 2008 #3 Share Posted December 11, 2008 So we reserved a superior balcony for the same price as a deluxe. Did I get a good deal?
cb at sea Posted December 11, 2008 #4 Share Posted December 11, 2008 A superior (D) is larger than a deluxe (E). So, yes--you done good!!!!!
piercetc4 Posted December 11, 2008 #5 Share Posted December 11, 2008 cat D cabins are a tad bigger than cat. E - we had a d once and our friends had an e- it looked to use like the d had about 1.5 to 2 feet more in length- this is just from us guesstimating by looking at them- not enough to keep you from booking an e cat. at a better price........imho
ILoveScotland Posted December 11, 2008 #6 Share Posted December 11, 2008 D cabins have a 3 cushioned sofa, and E cabins have a 2 cushioned loveseat. The width of that third cushion is the extra depth of the cabin. Not much difference, but every bit of extra space helps.
