specialty restaurant days on Liberty

My husband and I are sailing on the Liberty Feb. 14th 09. We are trying to book a specialty restaurant for our 25th anniversary which is Feb. 18th. Every time I go online to book Chops or Portofino the 18th is not available. Does anyone know if there are days when the specialty restaurants are not open? :confused:

Just go to the restaurant you want when you board, if it doesn't show up online. They truly seldom "sell-out"---and they do hold a certain number of tables for those who don't book in advance--and many don't! And, they are open every night.

You may be able to schedule thru Crown and Anchor, just give them a call. I had to do that on our last cruise.
