I need gift ideas for someone going on a cruise!

If you were going on your first Caribbean cruise what kind of presents would you like? I am putting together a gift basket for someone and need some ideas on what I should put in this basket. Total I am looking to spend is $75. Things I am thinking of include flip flops, a certificate for some tanning beforehand, sunscreen etc. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thank you cruisers.

You could buy them a cruise certificate for an on board credit. I know RCCL offers these, and I would assume other cruise lines do the same.

 

Offer to pay for an excursion.

 

Another idea is a gift certificate to a local mall. I know that I always like to buy new clothes for DH and I before cruising.

 

Travel binoculars are another option!
