I see that Richard Spacey goes back to Freedom on March 29, but does anyone know how long he'll be there?

 

I'll be on FOS May 10 and am wondering if it will still be Richard Spacey or of someone else will be on board for our cruise? I'm hoping a schedule going out past the end of March will be available soon.

Gordon Whatman came on board Brilliance OTS on the 6th February. One of the best CD's on the high seas!! Not only professional in the entertainment field with a lovely singing voice, but also highly competent behind the scenes.

 

All the Diamond cruisers on the 6th and 16th have him to thank for use of the Concierge Lounge. This guy doesn't take any prisoners!!!

Rico DuBriel is a fun (and goooooooood looking)cruise director, but he leaves Enchantment on 12 April, right before the repositioning.

No, I don't know, but if it's really important, I can send an email to Rico and find out who is relieving him. I'm sailing on Granduer tomorrow, and maybe I can even ask the current CD if he knows. Sometimes they do, but sometimes they are MUM about the whole thing.

Thanks, just mainly curious. It won't change a thing about me taking the cruise - Atilla the Hun as cruise director won't get me to change.

 

Since reading the boards, I have been more aware of the differences in CD's.

This is my official dumb (or too lazy to look back) question. Do cruise directors stay with the same ship or is there some kind of rotation pattern?

We really liked Mike Szwajkowski when we sailed Adventure. In fact I think he is one of the best C.D.s that we have encountered. He did a very good job without coming across as being stuck on himself or "over the top".

 

I see he will be leaving and we will have Casey Pelter when we sail this year. I have not heard this name before. I hope he (she?) can come close to being as good as Mike. With your :rolleyes: I can't figure out if you liked Mike or not?:confused:
