Half Day in Copenhagen, what to do

We're taking a cruise this summer that ends in Copenhagen. We have never been to Copenhagen, but can't spent another night, so we are flying out the same day. Our ship comes in around 7am and our flight is around 4pm. So we probably have about 6 hours (8am-2pm). How can we maximize the time we have? Suggestions on what to do and how (private tour or on our own)? Thanks!

I am not sure if there is left luggage storage at the dock but if not you could take them to the train station & get a locker then do the HOHO bus or boat tour

Then just catch the train to the airport
