Tendering in Grand Cayman

I've heard that in order to get off the ship early to get a tender, you have to get a number at the purser's desk? Can you get it the night before? I've tendered to other islands before but never recall having to get a number.

If you are on an RCCL excursion, you get first priority and meet early and they load those people first. If you have a suite, you get tender ticket #1 and can go as soon as the excursion people are gone. Other tender tickets are handed out that same morning and they call the numbers on the intercom when they are ready for #2, #3 etc.

I am planning on booking my excurtion that will leave very early. When is the best time to get the lowest #, if you do not have a suite, I have 2 D-1 afts.

Go down to the lounge where the groups are waiting to debark for tours. Explain to the employee that you booked you own tour and you need to get off early. There will be no problem........Bon Voyage.
