Crosby3 Posted January 5, 2009 #1 Share Posted January 5, 2009 We are going on FOS in April and we went the cheap route and got an inside cabin. There will be four of us - 2 adults 2 kids. We are on deck 8 and was wondering how cramped are we going to be? Is there much space for storage, luggage, etc...? Any good advice. I know that we will not be in the room much but thought any advice for packing purposes might help us out. Thanks:p
BaumD Posted January 5, 2009 #2 Share Posted January 5, 2009 It will be tight, but cabins are suprisingly well laid out for storage. The luggage should fit under the beds, which saves lots of room.
Crosby3 Posted January 5, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted January 5, 2009 great - i didn't even think of storage under the beds. I was thinking that they are like hotel rooms and you can't put things under them
cb at sea Posted January 5, 2009 #4 Share Posted January 5, 2009 If your suitcase is too thick to slide under the bed, just lift the bedframe a bit!
BaumD Posted January 5, 2009 #5 Share Posted January 5, 2009 The beds are more like cots, with no boxspring, so there is plenty of room under the beds.
