Payne's or Sandy Lane beach

Would love to hear anyone's comments on Payne's Bay or Sandy Lane beaches. How much is cab fare and pros or cons of each. We were at Accra beach last time we visited Barbados and wanted to visit a different beach on this trip. Thanks for any info:)

Sandy Lane a definite yes, if you're that coast inclined.

 

Paynes Bay a fairly-definite no..unless you likes crowds and vendor harassment :)

Crane Beach also a definite Yes, if you're that coast inclined

but you should get a move on early, coz it's clear across the other side of the island

and it'll be about 45mins to an hour getting there

and I'd allow an hour for getting back when you're done.

Crane Beach...not much of a swimming beach,

but you'll have a good time!
