Pre-ordering Soda/Mixers

I searched for this, but couldn't define my search well enough, so I couldn't find the information.

 

I have seen postings here about ordering cases of soda from an outside company for delivery to your stateroom.

 

Does anyone have this information?

 

I am ordering a bar setup, but my husband only drinks sugar free, decaffinated softdrinks and I want to order a case of diet, decaf Coke and diet root beer as a surprise for him.

I am not sure that it is necessary to pre-order mixers since you are allowed to bring soda onboard.

Because we are flying in and taking a shuttle to the ship and won't have time or resources to buy sodas before sailing. Also, finding diet decaf coke and diet root beer is sometimes difficult - especially at a mini-mart type of place near the port instead of a regular grocery store.
