I've tried searching for this info and found many posts regarding to what's provided in AQ, CC, and suites, but what bathroom amenities are provided in lower classes of cabins? (shampoo in bottles or a dispenser, is there lotion, etc.) Thanks.

No, but there is a gap between the top of the shower stall and the ceiling so you can hang small things over that.
