Ok, the time change.. someone just wrote differently on this thread. Ship 9:00 am Belize 8:00?? If I have a 9:00 am excursion, what time do I have to be at the pier 8:00? or 10:00? Sorry, alittle dense tonight. Just left a viewing for a 4 year old boy.

Right--9:00 AM ship's time is 8:00 AM Belize time.

If your excursion is at 9:00 AM local Belize time, you would need to be there at 10:00 AM ship's time.

 

For what it's worth, I struggled with the same confusion over the time zones prior to my cruise. Then it all "clicked" for me, and now I get it.

 

Except when you throw Daylight Savings into the mix, which not all areas observe...
