ship time v. tour time - private tour

We have booked a private tour with Oscar Brown Tours while we are in Costa Rica. The ship schedule shows that we are in port from 6:30 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. Our tour is supposed to start at 8:00 local time. Does the ship schedule use the local time? We have a full day of touring, including ziplining and I want to make sure that we can see everything as well as get back to the ship on time.

 

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

most of my cruises if ont all the ship uses island time. your daily planner tells you when to change the clocks. the local guides all seem to know when to have you back on board. no worries
