FASCINATION - does anyone know if the 88 piano bar is very smoky??

Hi,

I'm looking for some opinions on the piano bar...this is where we are supposed to be having our wedding reception...and I'm wondering, since it's a smoking lounge if the smell is strong...

also...any photos?

Yes, the smell is very strong. Even when it is empty. This seemed to be a very convenient place for smokers to go at any time - when it was not "open" as well as when the piano bar player was performing.

I wandered in there for a moment during the day of embarkation and did not smell any "smoke"... but later in the cruise I went by and it was "smoky". I don't care myself but someone that did care may not want to go in that bar. If your wedding is the day of leaving with guests coming on board just for that then it should be fine. If you are getting married later in the cruise I would request a "cleaning" or another option for the reception.
