Madonna3 Posted January 24, 2009 #1 Share Posted January 24, 2009 Sailing on Liberty in October. Where are the lemonade and iced tea served? Can I grab a lemonade anywhere soda is served or are there designated areas that I have to go to? Will a waiter bring me a lemonade? Will a waiter bring me a fountain soda? Please help clarify my options and where I would retrieve those options and any additional cost if any.
cb at sea Posted January 24, 2009 #2 Share Posted January 24, 2009 The buffet area has beverage stands--help yourself! If a waiter gets you lemonade, you will be charged! Get that yourself! If you buy a soda card, you can get fountain soda anywhere--yes, they'll bring it to you. If you don't drink enough to warrant the soda card, you will buy a can of soda (they'll give you a glass with ice, if you want!) Soda cards are about $7.00 per person per day--a can of soda is $2 or so. In the dining room, you can have iced tea, water, coffee, milk at no additional charge. WEELYNCRUZER Posted January 25, 2009 #3 Share Posted January 25, 2009 I have never been charged for lemonade when a waiter brings it to me when I'm sitting at a table in the windjammer.
patseacruiser Posted February 22, 2009 #4 Share Posted February 22, 2009 you won't be charged if you are in the dining room and ask for a lemonade but if you are at the pool you either have to get up and walk into the windjammer or the server will charge you. 2-laner Posted February 23, 2009 #5 Share Posted February 23, 2009 So you CAN have lemonade with your evening meal for no extra charge? I was getting a little confused when I read the water, tea, coffee and milk in the dining area. But lemonade was not mentioned. I sure hope so, since I am not a coffee or tea drinker, and I read that the fruit punch is no longer available.
