teeny25 Posted November 11, 2009 #26 Share Posted November 11, 2009 My BF had a waterproof money belt that worked great. He ordered it from amazon.com
Candleonwater Posted December 4, 2009 #27 Share Posted December 4, 2009 I've always used a "water wallet" when climbing the falls - it's one of those plastic cases you wear around your neck. I don't bring anything that isn't absolutely needed (camera, etc). When you climb, where do you keep passports/sea pass cards?
pe4all Posted December 4, 2009 #28 Share Posted December 4, 2009 The first time we ever climbed the falls my kids were 4/7, and we helped them most of the way. A few months ago we climbed the falls again - my kids are now 18/21. They helped us most of the way!! We had a blast, made it the whole way, and had some great laughs. We got there by catamarran (cool runnings) and they kept all our valuables under lock and key/guard while we were climbing.
derbycruiser Posted December 27, 2009 #29 Share Posted December 27, 2009 We were there a few years ago...I was the only one that wanted to climb. I did it but it is dangerous. Had many people trying to hold onto the ones in front or behind them. Very easy to miss a step...also slippery. I would only recommend for those agile enough.
