My friend has a group of her family going this Sunday on the Radiance of the Seas. But the Uncle had a heart attack/no cruise insurance.
NCL will let them change one name in a cabin....so if anyone would like to go....
They can change the cabin to them and the wife will be a no-show, resulting in a cabin to one's self.
This will all be done through her travel agent, so it is totally legit. They are just trying to re-coup some of the monies for this family.

Unfortunately, it's too late for your friends to bring anyone else on board due to security rules and cruise ships. All cruise ships must submit a passenger manifest to US Customs and Immigration at least 4 days before a cruise departs. Your friends are no longer in that time frame.
