Trying to book excursion

We just booked today and was trying to book an excursion to Cancun that was listed from Calica. When I went in under our reservation, the trip to Cancun is not even listed on the choices!! Why is that?? I'm so disappointed!!

Usually on the website they will list the excursions that they run at each port...But there will be a disclaimer that all excursions may not be available on every sailing. EM

The vendor could be closed the day you are going to be there. They could be fully chartered by someone else. The hours you are scheduled to be there could be different than the hours they contracted with your cruiseline. Not all excursions are offered on all cruises.......

Or, they may not have posted it yet if you're sailing date is far away.

I hope that's it...it's not until June. Any way I can find out? I dont want to wait around and not have a clue what we are going to do! We really wanted to make that trip into Cancun while at the Calica stop. Any suggestions from anyone who lined it up on their own?
