Onboard Reservation with Loyalty Ambassador

Hi

 

We're going on Brilliance later this week and after a family get together yesterday it was decided that a family cruise was in order.

 

My question is how many cabins will the loyalty ambassador reserve for me and will they all get the onboard credit. :rolleyes:

paul_a142: Not sure there is an honest answer to this question. :eek: Have seen many 'conflicting' reports. Hate to say it, but it really depends upon the LA. Personal experience ranges from you must be onboard to book a cabin to you can book a cabin for yourselves as well as 'reserving' one or two additional cabins (will need personal info for the other cabins and pay deposits). All I can say is sit w/ the LA, explain your situation and see what s/he can or will do. BTW, the nicer you approach the situation, the more likely you will get some cooperation from the LA!!! ;)

We have always had no problem booking numerous cabins and everyone getting the credit. Last cruise we were on we booked 6 cabins and everyone got the OBC. So probably does depend on the LA, but so far we have been lucky.

JUst to let you know that the current Loyalty Ambassador on Brilliance is Armelle from France. She is one of the nicest people , we have had the pleasure of sailing with her a few times now .:)
