Ma Bell Posted February 5, 2009 #5 Share Posted February 5, 2009 Thanks for all the great photos. We loved waving to you as we left on our Solstice cruise and were glad you were surprised by the sign. I just made a little contribution to the cause so keep up the good work! Mysticks1 Posted February 5, 2009 #6 Share Posted February 5, 2009 I agree with Dawn - everyone should take a look at the site. Especially those with upcoming sailings on Solstice. It is wonderful to watch her sail out - just picture the photo above as a live moving shot. :D Just go to the site on Sunday afternoons just before sailaway - there is a chat function where cruisers can chat live also and discuss their love for cruising. CruisinNewb Posted February 5, 2009 #7 Share Posted February 5, 2009 Thanks IC for the great pics and Dawn for posting it. A little off topic but does anyone know what the large white boxes/containers are on the deck near the hump and just forward of the forward lifeboats? Thanks. Ron Those each contain 4 jet powered self inflating life rafts. If you look at Andreas Depping's site you might be able to see the innards. They are the latest safety feature.
