Thanks again for the information! I wrote to Berda for the Star last Friday and have not heard back. I don't want to seem impatient, so I guess I will just continue to wait and see if I hear back... maybe come this Friday I'll follow-up.

I wrote to her a few days ago and have heard nothing back either.

I had sent my original email to the wrong person, who forwarded it to the wrong person, who forwarded it to Bernadine. It could be that they only check emails every so often, and I caught them on the right day. I did send the email this morning and got a response back this evening. Check your emails, if they haven't responded by tomorrow, maybe you could send another request and just state that you don't want to be a pain, but you wanted to be sure they got your request. :)

I made a Meet and Greet email request for the Coral Princess and got a reply 2 days later. I later made a change to the request and received another reply 2 days later. Method and reponse time may vary by co-ordinator.

I was also told the co-ordinators get an update the first of each month on the ship's officers onboard. She told me that if I sent her another email at the beginning of the month (of the cruise) she would email me a list of the officers onboard so that I could personlize the invitations.

Stan, make sure you check with the manager for the place where your M&G is scheduled once you get on the ship. I was recently on the Coral. Our M&G had been arranged by email with Jenny Streek. The person who arranged the M&G for our cruise found a letter in their cabin confirming the M&G. When our organizer checked with the Wheelhouse, they were unaware of our M&G. However, since our organizer checked ahead of time, everything went smoothly. We sent invitations to many of the officers and staff and quite a few of them attended including the Captain. We had a great time. Enjoy your cruise.
