August 16 - Freedom of the Seas - any other kids

We are traveling on 8/16/09 on the Freedom of the Seas and are looking to see if there are any other families with kids traveling that are on cruise critic. The roll call thread has been quiet, and it doesn't look like there are any young kids on that thread. My daughter is 9.

Don't worry, there WILL be kids! It's just that only about 2% of passengers are even AWARE of this site! Have no fear, your daughter won't be the only child aboard!

Many families with kids will be traveling during this time period. Kids don't go back to school until August 31 in most cases.

 

In fact, you are always going to see kids on Freedom. I did Indy in late January and there were 200 kids onboard (and this was not a school break).

 

At Christmas Independence of the Seas had a whopping 1400 children. I suspect in the summer there will be at least 600-800 children.
