ACCRA/ROCKLEY BEACH??? Turtles???

I have read much about this beach area. But, i have not read anything about snorkling or swiming with the turtles at this beach. Can you hire a boat/catamaran to snorkle off of at Rockly/Accra beach? If not are there turtles close enough right off the beach to see?

Is the area of Payne Beach the only spot to snorkle with the turtles?

Basically, it's no turtles on the South Coast, and little watersports,too.

 

WEST Coast is where the turtles and the watersports are really to be found.

Which beach on the West Coast would you then recommend to be a "nice" beach and have access to snorkleing with the turtles??

Also going to Antigua, St. Kitts and Dominica. Would one of those be better to turtle snorkle/swim?? (12 year old was promised we would do this.) Thanks In Advance.
