HAL collector's items

does anyone know if Holland America sells tiles or plates or any similar thing in their gift shop? i've seen such things for sale on eBay, and i didn't know where poeple got them...

No ,Hal does not sell those tiles in the stores. Repeat cruisers are given the tiles as a gift.

 

I am not sure about the all the plates, but many are given out as "pillow gifts" on world cruises. I have never seen a plate in the stores.

Tiles are given to mariners and plates are given on a ships inaugural sailing.

 

Any chance anyone has an old Noordam plate? I would be very interested in buying it. I am a HAL employee and that ship has lots of sentimental memories. :)
