DivineDivia Posted February 23, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 23, 2009 Has anyone recently stayed in the Ben and Jerry's room? Did you get any perks in addition to the ice cream? I remember last year people in that room got additional perks similar to suite guests, but I wonder if RCCL did away with that due to the economy. shelby_36 Posted February 23, 2009 #3 Share Posted February 23, 2009 That's too funny! I had no idea that existed. Is that only on Freedom? Does it cost more or did it just happen because of the cow butt thing
retiredonthesea Posted February 23, 2009 #4 Share Posted February 23, 2009 Are there other suites with specific themes? We're in GS 1252 this coming Nov. The "cow butt" is such a fun theme, just curious about other suites.
bean bag Posted February 23, 2009 #5 Share Posted February 23, 2009 you used to get access to the concierge lounge-I'm pretty sure you still do. It infuriates some folks that book suites and stuff. he he.
krisko Posted February 24, 2009 #6 Share Posted February 24, 2009 Does this cabin cost more than other Promenade view cabins? Does anybody know if the 'SWEET' is available on Mariner? We just booked a cruise for next year.

zoom2022 Posted February 24, 2009 #14 Share Posted February 24, 2009 DH and I just stayed in the "sweet" in the beginning of February on the Liberty. We received one cone each every day. In addition to the free cones, we received concierge privileges, complete with evening drinks in the concierge lounge and reserved seating for the ice show, main theater and pool deck. meansun Posted February 24, 2009 #15 Share Posted February 24, 2009 What's going to happen to this room once RCCL switches over to DQ? It would be a shame if that really does happen.

meansun Posted February 25, 2009 #24 Share Posted February 25, 2009 Thanks. We have ben n jerry's over here but dont think we have dairy queen. Ben & Jerry's is hard ice cream and Dairy Queen is soft serve. I love Ben and Jerry's and DQ but for the theme of the room, I like Ben and Jerry's better. zoom2022 Posted February 25, 2009 #25 Share Posted February 25, 2009 Where is reserved seating in the ice show , theater? Did you say the pool deck? Where pray tell was that located at? Jimbo:) For Concierge guests, the reserved seating for the ice show in Studio B is on the left side, first row; for the main theater it is on the top level center section. For the pool deck, it is on the tiered section below the sky bar, I think. The seats are roped off and you have to show your concierge card for access.
