Weight Restriction on Horse Back Riding

My husband and I are interested in the horse back riding excursion at Half Moon Cay. We're both under the weight limit but are close. If they think you are close do they weigh you? We don't want to be embarrassed.

They may ask you if they think you're over the limit.

 

They do have a couple of pretty substantial horses. Know that you may be incredibly sore a couple of days afterward!

 

We had a great time, but I think I prefer the excursion on Grand Turk. Did that 3 times, and tried HMC in December. Both are great, and I was on the lead horse in the water portion at HMC, which was great fun, but for the overall experience, I think I prefer GT.

 

Give it a try. They aren't going to put you on a scale in front of everyone, but please don't try to deceive them, for your sake and the sake of the horses.

Just avoid it, or do a crash diet, might help the poor animals out
