Cancelling cruise when finding out it had novo-virus

Actually John, at this point in time it is HAL Policy to offer the full refund if the ship comes into the port with a high enough count that it is reportable and HAL does the super sanitization

Copy that! Thanks for enlightening us, Dutch! Only been on a Code Red once and that was on Ryndam in 2007. We went into the code on Day 8 out of 10. The crew handled it very professional! Yeah, a little longer wait in the Lido; Big deal!

Type O actually:

"Recent evidence also suggests that susceptibility to infection may be genetically determined, with people of blood group O being at greatest risk for severe infection."

O Rats.

Well we sailed under code red and all I can say is we must have washed the epithelial layer of our skin off the first day!

Having said that we didn't get the virus, and we are type O.

We couldn't cancel a cruise for a Noro outbreak, but I can see if you have a weakened immune system for whatever reason, you might take a refund if offered.
