cruisebermuda Posted March 5, 2009 #1 Share Posted March 5, 2009 Hello! A few quick questions about the Caribbean Princess children's programs (specifially the 3-7 age group) What are the hours? Are they different on port/non port days? At what times do extra charges apply, i.e. late night? What is the pool? Is it a 1 foot deep pool? Is there a slide? I heard something about a splash pool too... Thanks in advance!

Princess does not have slides in their pools either, Carnival though is famous for their pool slides. ;)
caribill Posted March 6, 2009 #5 Share Posted March 6, 2009 Not sure about the CB, but the picture below is of the kiddie pool on the Crown Princess.
cruisebermuda Posted March 6, 2009 Author #6 Share Posted March 6, 2009 Not sure about the CB, but the picture below is of the kiddie pool on the Crown Princess. Thanks!! That's the pool pic I have been looking for...I am sure it's a similar one. We have been on another princess with the same one (can't remember which ship...maybe the Grand?) and it was about 1 foot deep.

Pam in CA Posted March 6, 2009 #8 Share Posted March 6, 2009 Not sure about the CB, but the picture below is of the kiddie pool on the Crown Princess.Ahhh... it must be in the Fun Zone, where I've never been or seen. :( No matter what, I'm pretty sure the child must be 100% potty trained, no swim diapers. Alessandrina Posted March 6, 2009 #9 Share Posted March 6, 2009 Yes, on a port day when it is open from 8-5, they will re-open as per normal and resume activities from 7pm - 10pm.

caribill Posted March 6, 2009 #11 Share Posted March 6, 2009 And from a review of a recent cruise on the CB: "Also, the kiddie pool, which only has about a foot of water...."

Cruisin' Chick Posted March 8, 2009 #14 Share Posted March 8, 2009 Unless things have changed in the past few years, you will need to sign up for nighttime group sitting or port time activities at least 24 hours in advance.
