Best way to get there with the least amount of walking?

 

Tried the MBTA or whatever website and instead of taking the bus to the South Station, it tells me to walk to another station then board a bus?? Any suggestions?

No easy way to get to the Aquarium. Silver line to South Station, Red Line (Alewife) to Green Line at Park St., Green line (any Lechmere direction train) to Government Center, Blue Line (Wonderland) to Aquarium. Or Silver line to South Station, Red Line (Alewife) to Orange Line at Downtown Crossing, Orange Line (Oak Grove) to State and walk down State to the Aquarium.
