Carnival Past Guest Program?

I've searched the Carnival site and can't find a listing of what the Past Guest Perks/Levels are. Can anyone elaborate?

Gold Card= 2-9 cruises Past Guest Party on 5 day or longer crises & ship pin. Past Guest discount when booking if available on that ship & sailing date

Platinum = 9+ cruises, starts on your 10th cruise.

Free was & fold laundry service.

This is my second Carnival cruise, but my gf's first on Carnival. Does she get to go to the past guest party as my guest?
