cherylandtk Posted March 25, 2009 #2 Share Posted March 25, 2009 That is the forward observation deck over the bridge. Access doors at the end of the hall, just outside your room.
sillysailor 1955 Posted March 25, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted March 25, 2009 Thanks so much for the info... do you know if that room is a Bad, Noisy locale??
cherylandtk Posted March 26, 2009 #4 Share Posted March 26, 2009 Have not stayed in the room so cannot speak to that, sorry. Being at the end of the hall you should get very little foot traffic until or unless the other passengers discover the deck (most won't). Other cabins are under you, massage tables over you, so should be quiet. You will probably have a really great view of the bridge activity from your balcony, too. For some that is a plus, for others a minus. Something similar to this:http://www.pbase.com/mbarooah/image/65245669

sillysailor 1955 Posted August 10, 2009 Author #6 Share Posted August 10, 2009 Just to let you all know - our L200 balcony room on the Diamond Princess was a GREAT LOCATION. Would highly recommended this one to all future cruisers - except of course when I want it:D
